CHILDCARE FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS REMINDER
The daily cost for usage is $10 per hour for one child. The maximum time per visit is 2 ½ hours. The annual childcare fee is available for members who would like unlimited usage on an annual basis. The annual runs May 1
st thru April 30
th. It is $400 for one child, $500 for two children, and $600 for three or more. Contact the club office to sign up or with questions regarding fees.
Only children ages 3 months to 12 years of age may use the facility.
Childcare is a service provided for our membership and only children of members may use the facility. Guest of members are not permitted use of the Childcare Facility.
Members must remain on the club grounds while their children are under our care. All parents must leave notice as to where they can be reached within the club’s facilities. All required paperwork must be completed before a child uses the facility.
No medication, food supplement, modified diet or fluoride supplement shall be administered in the Childcare Facility. We do not want meals brought in for the children. Snacks are allowed, but please make sure they are peanut free.
The Childcare Facility shall not provide care for an ill child. A child who is suspected of having a communicable disease or who is not feeling well enough to participate in activities shall not be admitted to the center or shall be discharged as soon as possible after detection.
We recommend making reservations. The club allows six children per staff member. You are able to make reservations by calling the club at 614-885-9516 or my emailing
childcare@worthingtonhills.com. When calling the club for reservations, please call when the child care is open.
