Justin hails from London, Ontario, Canada. Justin was most recently the Head Golf Professional at the Bald Head Island Club on Bald Head Island, North Carolina. Prior to the Bald Head Island Club Justin played collegiately at Ohio Valley University where he was a two time Academic All-American and 1st Team All Conference. After college Justin went on to play professionally on various mini tours. Justin has a strong passion for member service and player development and is excited to see the Worthington Hills Country Club golf program grow. Justin is a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness instructor, Certified in Golf Operations through the PGA of America and was named 2016 Merchandiser of the Year for the Carolinas PGA. Justin resides in Powell with his wife Becky and their two daughters Kennedy and Lucy.

James has been with Worthington Hills since 2002. A native of Lyndhurst, Ohio, he attended Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin High School. It was there that he began his career at Shaker Heights Country Club for five summers and one summer at The Pepper Pike Club. In 1997, James graduated from The Ohio State University in Agronomy. Upon graduation, he spent one year as an Assistant Superintendent and four years as Head Superintendent at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. In 2001, he had the honor of hosting the U.S. Women's Open at Pine Needles. James currently resides in Powell with his wife, 2 daughter's and son.
